This role is exploratory in nature—ideal for those discerning a call to ministry, seeking to develop spiritual gifts, and learning how local church ministry functions day to day.</p>\n<p>Interns will serve alongside ministry leaders in a variety of areas while gaining a broad perspective of church life, spiritual leadership, and pastoral care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Learning &amp; Exploration</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in structured teaching, mentoring, and reflection opportunities.</li>\n<li>Attend staff meetings, leadership trainings, and ministry gatherings.</li>\n<li>Explore different ministry areas (worship, discipleship, outreach, children, youth, operations, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ministry Exposure</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist ministry leaders with planning, preparation, and execution of events, services, and programs.</li>\n<li>Observe and shadow leaders in pastoral care, discipleship, and organizational leadership.</li>\n<li>Contribute to team projects and initiatives as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal &amp; Spiritual Growth</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage in regular times of prayer, scripture study, and reflection.</li>\n<li>Participate in leadership development activities and receive ongoing feedback.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate growing character, humility, and teachability in all areas of service.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to Christian character.</li>\n<li>Desire to learn more about ministry, leadership, and serving the local church.</li>\n<li>Reliable, responsible, and willing to serve in a variety of roles.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Open to feedback and mentoring.</li>\n<li>Prior ministry experience is not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Internship Structure</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Length:</span> Typically, 3-6 months</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span> Flexible; may include evenings or weekends depending on ministry area</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supervision:</span> Intern will be assigned a ministry supervisor for mentoring and feedback</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Learning Outcomes</span></p>\n<p>By the end of the internship, participants will have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gained a broad understanding of church ministry functions.</li>\n<li>Identified personal strengths, interests, and areas of gifting.</li>\n<li>Experienced hands-on ministry opportunities across multiple areas.</li>\n<li>Developed a clearer sense of calling and next steps in ministry.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
