font-size: 12pt\">Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction that builds foundational skills in literacy, math, and inquiry-based learning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning styles and developmental needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
