This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, identifying deficiencies early, and supporting continuous improvement across field operations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Quality Control Manager works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and other QC Managers to ensure proper implementation of the project quality plan and accurate documentation of all quality-related activities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Core Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Quality Inspections and Testing</em>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform daily field inspections to verify work is installed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct material verification and testing in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.</li>\n<li>Monitor subcontractor work to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and tolerances.</li>\n<li>Document inspection results, deficiencies, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.</li>\n<li>Assist in coordinating third-party testing agencies and ensure timely reporting of results.</li>\n<li>Verify that corrective actions are implemented and properly documented.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Documentation and Reporting</em>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate and organized quality control records, including inspection logs, testing reports, and photographic documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare daily quality reports summarizing inspection activities and findings.</li>\n<li>Track non-conformance reports and support resolution in coordination with project leadership.</li>\n<li>Assist in compiling turnover documentation and closeout quality records.</li>\n<li>Ensure all documentation is complete, legible, and submitted in accordance with project timelines.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Compliance and Standards</em>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure work complies with project specifications, local, state, and federal regulations, and applicable codes.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Support implementation of the project-specific Quality Control Plan.</li>\n<li>Participate in internal and external audits as required.</li>\n<li>Monitor adherence to approved submittals and shop drawings during installation.</li>\n<li>Assist in verifying that materials delivered to the jobsite meet approved submittal requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Collaboration and Communication</em>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate quality issues promptly to Superintendents, Project Managers, and the construction areas, including uneven surfaces and elevated work areas as required.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Lift and carry materials, tools, and testing equipment as necessary to perform inspections.</li>\n<li>Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods while conducting inspections.</li>\n<li>Utilize technology platforms, tablets, and quality management systems to document field activities.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Preferred Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n<li>Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of construction field experience.</li>\n<li>Prior experience in quality control, inspection, or materials testing preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction management software.</li>\n<li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
