</span></p>\n\n<p>&#160;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Implement and execute drilling operations in accordance with company, operator, policies and procedures.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, operations, performance, and lead and support the night shift crew.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Responsible for limited aspects of the employment life cycle including but not limited to employee development, employee coaching, and delivery of corrective actions.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Assist the Rig Manager to ensure that equipment inspections and HSE programs are up to date and compliant as per company standard.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Assist the Rig Manager in completing maintenance tasking, maintenance trackers, work orders, and equipment PM&#8217;s and services.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Ensure rig crews are active in HSE programs including but not limited to hazard identification program, emergency response drills, and safety inspections.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Communicate with clients as needed while always keeping a professional working relationship.&#160; </span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Support Rig Manager with the material requisition process by building material requests, reviewing open PO reports, receiving PO&#8217;s, and verifying received items.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Will perform Driller roles and responsibilities when needed. </span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Primarily responsible for the supervision of night operations, however, may need to assist Rig Manager during the day shift operations.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Maintain confidentiality of all Falcon Drilling operations, policies &amp;
