We provide architectural and design services for commercial and residential projects, focusing on custom design. As an Architectural Designer, you will play a key role in designing and developing architectural projects. Join<span> our dynamic and engaging team, supporting major national franchise brands such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Wingstop, Playa Bowls, Dave's Hot Chicken, Dunkin', Wonder, Bubbakoo's Burritos, Jersey Mike's Subs, and more</span>.</span> You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then create innovative and functional designs that align with their vision.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">In this role, you will use your creative and technical skills to develop drawings, specifications, and other architectural documents. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. You will also have the opportunity to participate in site visits and inspections to ensure that designs are being implemented accurately.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The ideal candidate for this position is knowledgeable in architecture and has a strong attention to detail. You should have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to work well under pressure. font-weight: bold\">Skills and Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Lead architectural deliverables on projects, partnering with Design Director and project team for all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Ability to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions with ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Bachelor's degree in Architecture <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">(Required)</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REVIT </span>(3+ years of working experience) (<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required) </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">3-5+ years of experience as an architectural designer on single family residential and commercial fit-outs (<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quick Service Restaurants and/or custom commercial: <span>Offices (General &amp; Medical), Industrial/Warehousing, Retail, Salons and more</span>)</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Good working knowledge of US Building systems and Code, familiarity with Forte or Vitruvius a plus.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Ability to perform initial zoning analysis and familiarity with Building codes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;
