Working closely with Principals and Senior Project Managers, you&rsquo;ll play a key part in business development efforts&mdash;driving revenue growth, maximizing profitability, and cultivating relationships that fuel long‑term success. You&rsquo;ll take ownership of estimating fees, defining scopes of work, and steering proposals and contracts for some of our most intricate projects. Beyond project execution, you&rsquo;ll mentor and inspire junior team members, helping them grow into future leaders.
