This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems while delivering exceptional service to our clients throughout the region.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will travel to multiple commercial properties daily using a company-provided take-home vehicle. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and responding to service requests while ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This position offers independence, variety, and the opportunity to work across diverse facilities in a fast-paced environment. font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Experience:</strong></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">5 years in building maintenance or engineering, with at least 2 years in a mobile or multi-site role preferred, residential and commercial HVAC techs with at least 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Licenses/Certifications:</strong></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
