In this role, the <strong>Recruiter</strong> will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions, from job posting, sourcing &amp; screening candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with talking to new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate&#39;s potential. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions.</li><li>Create job posts, sourcing &amp; screening candidates</li><li>Conducting interviews via phone, in-person, or virtual</li><li>Extending offers, conduct background checks, and onboarding new hires.</li><li>Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates</li><li>Must have experience and knowledge of I9/E-Verify compliance</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.</li><li>Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to identify potential candidates.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>3 years recruiting experience for retail/restaurant/coffee shops</li><li>ADP Workforce Now experience preferred</li><li>Full cycle, high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent &amp; Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle a high workload.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Must be bilingual ( English/Spanish)&nbsp;</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.</li><li>*Work authorization to work in the US ( W2 payroll)&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
