This executive role serves as a key business partner in our C-suite, partnering closely with the CEO, CTO, COO, and commercial leadership teams.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Strategy &amp; Vision</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and ARR growth targets</li>\n<li>Create and articulate product vision across multi-product portfolios</li>\n<li>Drive digital transformation and product innovation initiatives leveraging AI capabilities</li>\n<li>Make high-level decisions about resource allocation and product portfolio management</li>\n<li>Champion market intelligence through customer needs analysis, competitive research, and market trends</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership &amp; Team Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor the product organization, overseeing product management, design, UX research, and analytics functions</li>\n<li>Build and develop world-class teams while fostering a culture of innovation and rapid learning</li>\n<li>Manage the product management function and mentor subordinate managers to excellence</li>\n<li>Create a customer-centric culture by systematically gathering and leveraging customer feedback and usage data</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the CTO to ensure scalable, enterprise-grade product delivery</li>\n<li>Drive enterprise sales alignment and revenue growth through new product initiatives</li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align product roadmap with strategic account planning</li>\n<li>Ensure cross-departmental coordination for seamless product launches and post-launch optimizations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Lifecycle &amp; Operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and continuous optimization</li>\n<li>Own product P&amp;L and key metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and revenue expansion</li>\n<li>Drive product-market fit initiatives and market expansion opportunities</li>\n<li>Monitor and optimize product KPIs, onboarding experiences, retention rates, and expansion revenue metrics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Objectives</span></p>\n<p>Success in this role means:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building a best-in-class product organization that consistently delivers market-leading AI solutions</li>\n<li>Achieving measurable impact on company ARR through strategic product initiatives</li>\n<li>Establishing product-driven growth as a core competitive advantage</li>\n<li>Creating sustainable innovation pipelines that maintain market leadership</li>\n<li>Developing a high-performing, collaborative product culture across the organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 5 years in executive product roles</li>\n<li>Proven track record leading product organizations at scale, preferably in enterprise software or AI/ML companies</li>\n<li>Deep expertise in product strategy, product-market fit, and product-led growth models</li>\n<li>Strong business acumen with experience owning product P&amp;L and driving revenue outcomes</li>\n<li>Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities with experience mentoring senior product leaders</li>\n<li>Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills</li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities at the executive level</li>\n<li>Experience partnering with engineering, sales, and marketing leadership in high-growth environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting Structure</span></p>\n<p>This role reports directly to the CEO and serves as a key member of the executive leadership team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Hybrid, Orlando</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We believe the best products are built by the best teams.
