    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>A CDL Yard Spotter may help with loading and unloading merchandise, however the bulk of the time they will be moving trailers. A commercial driver's license is required for the CDL Yard Spotter position. The commercial driver's license allows a person to operate commercial motor vehicles (CMV's) such as tractor-trailers, semi-trucks, dump trucks, large cargo trucks, and passenger buses.</span></p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Class A CDL license required</li>\n <li>Minimum hiring age: 23 years old</li>\n <li>Good customer service &amp; teamwork skills</li>\n <li>Good physical condition; must be able to get in and out of trucks several times per day</li>\n <li>Able to work in all types of environments, including inclement weather</li>\n <li>Good backing skills</li>\n <li>Recent verifiable, tractor/ trailer driving experience or related</li>\n <li>Current DOT medical card</li>\n <li>No DUI/DWI, Careless/Reckless driving citations or revoked/suspended license in the past 5 years</li>\n <li>No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years</li>\n <li>MVR required for interview (current, dated within 30 days of application)</li>\n <li>Prior to employment, able to pass a complete DOT physical, drug screen, criminal background check and road test</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements for employment</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Available for any shift.</li>\n <li>Able to lift 35 pounds.</li>\n <li>Work jobs that have repetitive motion.</li>\n <li>Implement and follow safe work practices and rules.</li>\n <li>Able to prove they have a right to work in the United States.</li>\n <li>Successfully pass a physician’s examination, drug screen and background check.</li>\n <li>Willing to have a baseline audiometric test</li>\n <li>Prefer high school graduates or GEDs</li>\n <li>Sufficient work experience to be successful on the job.</li>\n</ul>",
