          "text": "<p>Crossroads Family Practice is seeking a Family Physician to provide Locum coverage for the following:</p><ul><li>June 28 to July 18, 2026</li><li>3 days a week</li><li>Can accommodate more or less days per week or coverage for any part of those dates</li></ul><p><strong>Locum physicians provide coverage for family practices, including inpatient and nursing home care, as well as specialist hospital and office coverage as requested. Compensation includes a minimum daily income guarantee of $1,200 for family physicians ($600 for half-day), with additional earnings if shadow billings exceed this amount. Travel expenses, including kilometrage, per diems, accommodations (up to $300 per night), and airfare (up to $1,500), are reimbursed, along with travel time up to 10 hours per week. Licensing fees for CPSNS are covered, and locum physicians may claim Facility On Call fees under specific conditions.</strong></p>",
