The Business Analyst will collaborate with clients, vendors, IT teams, leadership, and operations to ensure successful outcomes.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.</li>\n <li>Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.</li>\n <li>Create detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes to support project development and implementation.</li>\n <li>Propose and implement solutions that align with business goals, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.</li>\n <li>Generate reports to communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders and management.</li>\n <li>Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems and processes.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and identify process improvements.</li>\n <li>Partner with project managers and senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals.</li>\n <li>Work with urgency and adaptability in a high-growth environment.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in IT; healthcare experience preferred.</li>\n <li>At least 2 years as a Business Analyst with experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.</li>\n <li>Strong technical aptitude with troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).</li>\n <li>Experience creating screen mocks and diagramming process flows.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with project tracking tools is preferred.</li>\n <li>Agile methodology and product ownership experience is preferred</li>\n</ul>",
