&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Lead the analysis and design of bridges and transportation structures including highway and railroad overpasses, culverts, and pedestrian bridges</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Develop rehabilitation strategies for existing structures</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Prepare calculations, specifications, reports, and plan sets and support projects through construction</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Take ownership of project scope, budgets, and schedules to meet client expectations</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Establish and refine structural design standards and best practices</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Mentor and support the development of junior engineers and CAD staff</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy, safety, and constructability</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Professional Engineer (PE) license (MUST HAVE)</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Approximately 8 or more years of structural or bridge engineering experience</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience delivering bridge projects from concept through final design</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Proficiency with tools such as OpenBridge, STAAD, MIDAS, MDX, or similar</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
