This position is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System conforms to internal, customer, ISO 9001, and regulatory and legal requirements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">This role is a key leadership role within our quality team and will play an integral role in the continued growth and improvement of our business through the modernization of the manufacturing and quality management systems aimed at achieving first pass yields, on-time delivery performance, increased product flow / throughput and exceeding customer’s expectations.<br></span><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary range:</span> $115,000 - $145,000. Negotiable based on experience.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bonus Eligible: </span>Yes<br></span><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay Range: </span>Negotiable based on experience.  (Considering both Mid-Level and Senior level candidates.)<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Benefits: </span>Eligible for benefits on first day of employment</span><br><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Vacation: </span>3 weeks of paid vacation, 5 sick days, 3 floating holidays, and 10 standard holidays per calendar year (6.5 weeks in total)<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Systems Manager, </span>you will:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Leads and manages the internal audit and layered process audit programs.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Organizes and serves as the lead for customer, regulatory / third party accreditation audits.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Leads the effort to update, modernize and implement digital solutions for QMS related systems, procedures and transactions throughout the business.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Develops and maintains key performance metrics and dashboard relative to the performance of the quality system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Reports on the performance of the QMS, including the need for improvement to senior management on a regular basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Leads and provides QMS training as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Manages and maintains required inspector and QMS related training requirements and records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Manages the document and change control system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Manages the non-conforming material system for internal and supplier discrepancies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Assists with development and release of procedures and standard work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Manages the corrective and preventative action system and performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Manages and maintains records retention requirements and storage of records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Reviews and approves engineering, product and process documentation and test results for completeness and compliance to requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Prepares required notifications and technical submittals to customers and internal contract program teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Manages source inspection scheduling and coordination.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Maintains the current status of approved suppliers accreditation status and performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Manages and maintains the supplier survey process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Ensures the flow down of all applicable quality system and customer requirements to suppliers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Identifies and maintains the latest up-to-date requirements and changes in customer requirements, standards, and regulations/laws relative to quality management system and outgoing product quality requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Leads and participates on continuous improvement teams to reduce the cost of poor quality (COPQ), first pass yields, increase product flow / throughput and achieve on-time delivery performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino\">Supports COPQ metrics and analysis for CI teams.
