This role sets the strategy, drives execution, and creates a high-energy culture where teams are empowered to do the right thing.<br/><br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lead, coach, and inspire teams to create a positive, dynamic, and performance-driven culture</li>\n  <li>Foster a People First environment by proactively addressing team needs, removing obstacles, and partnering with Field Leadership and the People Team to support growth, performance, and well-being</li>\n  <li>Guide all aspects of Team Member lifecycle decisions, from hiring and development to performance management and career transitions, in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team.</li>\n  <li>Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and supports the Outlet vision for quality, safety, and operational excellence</li>\n  <li>Champion profit protection across risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and internal audits</li>\n  <li>Identify, analyze, and communicate business opportunities to drive extraordinary results</li>\n  <li>Support, implement, provide follow-up and feedback for all initiatives and rollouts as the business shifts and changes</li>\n  <li>Represent the RH brand with integrity, professionalism, and personal presentation<br/></li>\n </ul>OUR REQUIREMENTS\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings</li>\n  <li>Strong leadership and communications skills, with the ability to inspire and guide our Team Members</li>\n  <li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills</li>\n  <li>Commitment to Quality with meticulous attention to detail</li>\n  <li>Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications</li>\n  <li>Travel periodically, including extended trips as needed</li>\n  <li>Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lift and move items up to 50 lbs, using proper equipment and safety techniques</li>\n  <li>Maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom</li>\n  <li>Role entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>",
