    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Purpose of the Role - Payroll Specialist</span><br>You are responsible for accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees. You ensure full compliance with Romanian labor legislation, internal policies, and reporting deadlines.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and process monthly payroll using internal systems and reports.</li>\n<li>Validate attendance, overtime, bonuses, and other variable elements.</li>\n<li>Calculate gross-to-net salaries, social contributions, and taxes.</li>\n<li>Manage meal vouchers, medical subscriptions, and other employee benefits.</li>\n<li>Submit monthly declarations (e.g., D112) and ensure accurate reconciliation with accounting.</li>\n<li>Prepare reports for management, finance, and auditors.</li>\n<li>Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee data.</li>\n<li>Liaise with external and internal partners</li>\n<li>Support employees with payroll-related questions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll calculation</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Romanian labor and tax legislation.</li>\n<li>Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Good communication skills in English and Romanian.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a company with shift-based or 24/7 operations.</li>\n<li>Previous use of payroll systems like Pluriva, UCMS, Saga.</li>\n</ul>",
