          "text": "<p>SOSi is seeking a Test Engineering Technician with C4l and/or C5ISRT experience to support a government program in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This position will support a multi-functional team and requires both strong technical and collaborative skills. Extensive on the job training will be required and the ideal candidate will embrace the knowledge transfer process.</p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Perform test and evaluation of fixed and mobile communications equipment.</li><li>Perform unit and system level testing of equipment for both RF and baseband systems.</li><li>Perform standard engineering, special purpose testing, and analysis, evaluation, reverse engineering, and repair of equipment.</li><li>Identify equipment and system strengths and weaknesses and recommend improvements.</li><li>Develop test procedures and plans.</li><li>Provide detailed written test reports.</li><li>Conduct demonstrations of tests for line and supervisory personnel.</li></ul>",
