This position will be reporting to the V.P. of Operations and work closely with scanning, collateral and post-closing.<br /></p><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b>The Final Documents Specialist is responsible for the following:</b><br /></p><p>•    Obtain final documents from attorneys and/or title companies.<br />•    Review final documents for accuracy.<br />•    Obtain corrected re-recorded documents from the courthouses.<br />•    Daily reconciliation of investor exception reports.<br />•    Prepare transmittal cover sheets for Investors.<br />•    Maintain a daily log of final documents sent to the investors. <br />•    Update notes daily in the Loan Origination System.<br />•    Perform other related duties as requested.<br /></p>",
