Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.</p><p><br></p><p>As the Bartender, you are responsible for effectively serving customers and presenting great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices, and maintain a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE</strong></p><ul><li>Take customers’ food and drink orders</li><li>Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner</li><li>Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials</li><li>Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.</li><li>Properly set up bar, including stocking and batching</li><li>Follow health and safety practices always</li><li>Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed.</li><li>Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company.</li><li>Completed all prep work prior to bar start time</li><li>Serve food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout meal</li><li>Comply with all state and local liquor regulations</li><li>Respond promptly to any guest request</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and mannerism</li><li>Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall outstanding dining experience</li><li>During service, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success</li><li>Once service is complete, all dining areas must be re-set</li><li>Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests</li><li>Have fun at work; leave baggage at the door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests</li></ul><p>GHG24</p>",
