          "text": "<p>We are seeking a skilled and experienced 310T Mechanic to join our team from <strong>Monday to Friday on a biweekly rotation (days and afternoons).</strong> You will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a diverse fleet of heavy-duty trucks and equipment used in our metal recycling operations. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety.<br>\n<br>\n<strong><u>What you’re responsible for:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Performing routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, loaders, forklifts, and other equipment used in metal recycling operations</li><li>Identifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and implement effective repair solutions</li><li>Following established maintenance schedules to perform regular servicing, fluid changes, lubrication, and component replacements</li><li>Conducting major and minor repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake system replacements, and hydraulic system troubleshooting</li><li>Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including service reports, parts usage, and equipment history in compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices in the shop and field environments</li><li>Coordinating with the Parts Department to order necessary parts, track inventory levels, and ensure the availability of required components for repairs and maintenance</li></ul>",
