Your drive and ability to work as a team combined with our passion for people will ensure we win as a team.</p>\n<h2>Job Description/Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Maintenance Supervisor will be an onsite position on a <strong>rotating 2-2-3 schedule with the hours of 6:45pm-7am EST</strong>. You will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, maximizing production uptime, and upholding safety and quality standards. This role will be supervising a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and will be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives that support operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and direct maintenance technicians across shifts, ensuring clear task prioritization and accountability. Develop team capabilities through hands-on coaching, technical training, and succession planning.</li>\n <li>Maintain and manage CMMS data, including work orders, PM schedules, parts inventory, and equipment history. Audit maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective tracking of asset performance.</li>\n <li>Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues, applying structured root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement sustainable technical solutions and improve system reliability.</li>\n <li>Support capital equipment projects, including planning, installation, and commissioning of new systems. Reinforce adherence to regulatory and safety requirements while strengthening a culture of operational discipline.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>MUST</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Apprenticeship program, technical school, or associates degree.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of ms office products (word, excel and outlook).</li>\n <li>Relevant working experience to the role and strong planning/organizational skills</li>\n <li>Hands-on involvement with equipment and production floor activities, (In person work).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>5+ years of maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing;</li>\n <li>Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Fast-paced production environment requiring flexibility and multi tasking.</li>\n <li>Hands-on involvement with equipment and production floor activities, (In person work).</li>\n <li>Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-RR1</p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Culture and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Sazerac Company offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
