We have an opening at our Fort Myers location.</p><p><strong>Schedule: &nbsp;Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm</strong></p><p><strong>Pay: $15.50-16.50 Hour</strong></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate will be responsible for;</strong></p><ul><li>Monitoring the property and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.</li><li>Greeting residents and becoming familiar with incoming and outgoing traffic - know the residents, visitors, and guests and monitor for the presence of unauthorized persons.</li><li>Observing any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards and reporting to management.</li><li>Responding to emergency situations and/or alarms and notifying appropriate emergency services as needed.</li><li>Performing required tours of the properties designated areas on foot or in vehicle.</li><li>Issuing warning notices to vehicles violating parking rules.</li><li>Knowing the facility/building policies and procedure and enforcing them within the limits of the position.</li></ul>",
