Your work will protect lives, reduce risk, elevate performance, and ensure our teams deliver complex, high‑stakes projects safely and successfully.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 10+ years in Construction Safety Management with a proven track record in Mission Critical Data Center ground up construction in all phases. Proven track record working with insurance companies managing claims/risk/financial exposure.  Experience supporting a rapidly growing organization.</li>\n <li><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety/health or equivalent experience</li>\n <li><strong>Certifications</strong>:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Must be First Aid and CPR qualified (or within 1 year of hire).</li>\n   <li>OSHA 500 Authorized Instructor</li>\n   <li>NFPA 70E</li>\n   <li>Additional certifications obtained by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) are preferred</li>\n   <li>CHST preferred</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Proficiency in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel.
