We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and driven M&amp;A Analyst to join our Corporate Development team and help shape the future growth of the company through acquisitions, strategic investments, divestitures, and other transformational initiatives.</p>\n<p>This role offers broad exposure to executive leadership, strategic decision-making, and enterprise-wide initiatives in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, business curiosity, and a desire to continuously improve how work gets done through data, automation, and AI-enabled tools.</p>\n<p>If you enjoy solving complex business problems, building financial insights, and partnering cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.</p>\n<p>This is a hybrid role spending at least 3 days/week in office at our Columbus, OH headquarters. Occasional travel will be required.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct industry, competitor, and market research to support M&amp;A pipeline development and strategic growth initiatives</li>\n <li>Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition targets, investments, and strategic opportunities</li>\n <li>Perform valuation analyses including discounted cash flow (DCF), precedent transaction, and comparable company analysis</li>\n <li>Prepare executive presentations, investment memoranda, and recommendations for senior leadership and Board-level discussions</li>\n <li>Support due diligence activities, transaction execution, and project coordination across multiple workstreams</li>\n <li>Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, Operations, and business leaders to evaluate opportunities, risks, synergies, and integration considerations</li>\n <li>Leverage AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, Power BI, and automation solutions to improve reporting, streamline analysis, and drive continuous improvement across Corporate Development processes</li>\n <li>Assist with post-transaction integration planning, project management and strategic analysis as needed</li>\n <li>Contribute to a team culture built on collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning</li>\n <li>Ad hoc analysis and projects in support of the CFO, and executive team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field</li>\n <li>3+ years' experience in investment banking, corporate development, consulting, strategic finance, FP&amp;A, private equity, transaction advisory, or other analytical business environments preferred</li>\n <li>Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities</li>\n <li>Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and insights</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational ability</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously</li>\n <li>Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Capital IQ, FactSet, Tableau, or AI-enabled analytics tools is a plus</li>\n <li>Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and finding smarter ways to work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why you will love working here:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health, Dental, and Vision insurance that starts on your first day!
