This role will handle a variety of tasks and assist in maintaining the accuracy of compliance records such as trainings, policies, correspondence, reports, procedures, manuals, etc<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">🚀<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How you can make a difference:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provide assistance to members of the Compliance team to fulfil the group’s regulatory obligations. </span></li>\n<li><span>Review, approve, and monitor marketing communication for compliance with regulations. </span></li>\n<li><span>Perform reviews in accordance with the group compliance risk assessment and monitoring program to assess the group’s compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations. </span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Program by carrying out compliance reviews and checks. </span></li>\n<li><span>Work closely with other departments and local Compliance Officers to ensure continued compliance. </span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and changes across all operating or potential jurisdictions. </span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure the group companies’ full compliance with all applicable regulations and local laws </span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor sales calls for compliance with marketing regulations and prepare phone call inspection reports. </span></li>\n<li><span>Assist the Compliance team with updating policies and procedures of the Company. </span></li>\n<li><span>Assist the Compliance team in the preparation of reports aimed to be provided to the Board of Directors and the Senior Management.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in maintaining the accuracy of compliance records, tests, training materials, logs, correspondence, reports, procedures, forms, policies, programs, and manuals. </span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain comprehensive records of all compliance-related activities, decisions, and reports. </span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits or inspections.</span></li>\n<li>Perform any other compliance-related tasks that may be assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63);
