This role is ideal for an individual with strong technical expertise in operating and programming multiple CNC machines, including roughing, hard milling, and electrode work, within a precision-driven environment. Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Manufacturing, the CNC Lead plays a key role in organizing workload and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. This position focuses on meeting or exceeding departmental goals and production objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Success in this role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Read prints and verify Red Line dimensions </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of print tolerancing </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Program and operate 3 axis CNC machines </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of sound and proper set ups </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of In Process Inspection </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Own an array of tools e.g., tenth indicator, depth micrometer, drop indicator, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of proper inspection techniques </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of final inspection of machined items </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Deburr, demagnetize, and clean all parts  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Cleanliness of work area </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Team player and ability to work well with others</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum five (preferred) years CNC programming and machining experience </li>\n<li>Previous experience leading a team</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to program in Powermill</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to operate Fanuc based CNC's </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to perform under pressure and work independently </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines as required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to ensure quality standards are met </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail is required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in time management and communication skills </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation</li>\n<li>Comprehensive benefits</li>\n<li>Performance-based rewards and recognition</li>\n<li>Supportive and inclusive work environment</li>\n<li>Career growth and development opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Corporate Profile </span></p>\n<p>SyBridge Technologies is at the forefront of technology-enabled design, prototyping, and manufacturing solutions for complex, high-precision parts.
