In this role, we are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for inspiring, helping and challenging others<em><strong><span style=\"font-family:lato;\">. </span></strong></em> The ideal candidate will be required to perform the following:</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">SUMMARY: The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support and assistance to Bridges International and all affiliates.</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES: </span></p>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Install, repair, configure, update and/or re-image networked Windows PCs.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Responsible for all help desk questions and/or inquiries.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Reset passwords for all supported systems as needed.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Setup new and/or closeout terminated accounts for all supported systems except the active directory.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Assist with maintaining inventory and inventory needs.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Update master system images for respective computer models.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Maintain inventory and stock room, which requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Responsible for onsite hardware installations, which requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Must be able to travel when needed.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Must maintain a valid drivers&#8217; license.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Must be available to work occasional evenings or weekend shifts.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Must be able to perform the major functions of the jo with or without accommodations.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Required to attend all mandatory training specified by policy</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Report all Workers Compensation injuries, whether they require medical attention or not, to their immediate supervisor and Human Resources.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Report all unsafe conditions that could affect clients/inmates or employees which you become aware of immediately to your immediate supervisor and Human Resources.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Ensure that all applicable policies and procedures that fall within the scope of the job description are followed and adhered to.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Performs other job-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.</span></li>\r\n</ol>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\">&#160;</span></span></p>",
