The role includes painting, plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing works across different sites. The ideal candidate must be practical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to a high standard. <span>Technician is responsible for maintaining, modifying and troubleshooting appliances. It also involves installing new equipment, repairing leaks, maintaining settings on wiring controls and replacing defective or old parts.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Civil Worker:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out interior and exterior painting works</li>\n<li>Perform plastering and surface preparation</li>\n<li>Complete wall and floor tiling jobs accurately and neatly</li>\n<li>Handle basic plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance</li>\n<li>Prepare work areas and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently</li>\n<li>Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met</li>\n<li>Travel to different job sites as required</li>\n<li>Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good condition</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technician:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines and water coolers.</li>\n<li>Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing.</li>\n<li>Log into the work order management system to find, accept and complete the work requests.</li>\n<li>Carry out installation of new equipment, performing repairs on leaks and ensure settings of wiring controls.</li>\n<li>Change equipment parts that have become old or defective.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other maintenance workers, company’s management and staff to effectively provide solutions to maintenance problems.</li>\n<li>Attend quickly to emergency call on equipment repair issues, as well as to after work hour calls.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties the supervisor may assign.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in painting, plastering, tiling, and plumbing</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks</li>\n<li>Good attention to detail and workmanship</li>\n<li>Reliable, punctual, and hardworking</li>\n<li>Able to communicate clearly and professionally</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must have a valid driving licence — either car or motorcycle licence is required</span></li>\n<li>Previous experience in maintenance, renovations, or construction is preferred</li>\n<li>Outstanding soldering and blazing skills, applying oxygen/propane.</li>\n<li>The ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, following manuals on operations and installations to complete tasks successfully.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Ability to read and follow job instructions</li>\n<li>Flexible attitude and willingness to handle different types of work</li>\n<li>Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism</li>\n<li>Good level of English</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Why Join Us?</span></span></p>\n<p>Be part of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Malta’s one of the most respected hospitality brand</span> and contribute to a culture where <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">quality, teamwork, and passion for food</span> come first.
