    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>ELINT</strong> Analyst to join our team at <strong>Lackland AFB</strong>, supporting the <strong>363</strong><strong>rd</strong><strong> ISR Wing (363 ISRW)</strong>. The contractor will play a critical role in providing timely ELINT analysis 363 ISRW’s analysis and targeting mission areas. This position requires proficiency in ELINT and other non-kinetic analysis, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide timely Technical ELINT analysis, produce actionable intelligence products, and perform product management and dissemination aligned with 363 ISRW analytical mission requirements and intermediate target development.    </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide non-kinetic analysis to include Cyber, EW and Technical ELINT to support 363 ISRW requirements and associated mission partners.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform independent quality control of technical information, engineering, and intelligence studies.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cyber analysis into target development and operational planning.   </li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Some travel may be required (15%). </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Required / </strong><strong>Education:</strong> 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA  or 1 year with PhD</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in ELINT analysis and providing actional intelligence reporting. </li>\n <li>Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government <strong>ELINT training course</strong> or specialized certification.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of ELINT’s role in analyzing threat capabilities, and targeting critical adversary vulnerabilities. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and collaborating with teams.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting the <strong>363 ISRW </strong>or similar ISR organizations.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of <strong>ELINT systems</strong>, tools, and methodologies.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with Air Force cybersecurity policies and procedures. </li>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.</li>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor’s degree.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>   </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-critical team supporting the <strong>U.S. Air Force's ISR Enterprise, </strong>and theater air components through technical analysis and targeting.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at <strong>Lackland AFB</strong>, a hub for Air Force intelligence and cyber defense excellence.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence and cybersecurity community. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#AFACC</p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
