Services should align with the principles of physical therapy and adhere to Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, supervising Rehab Technicians (as applicable), and managing patient cases. Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects Reliant Rehabilitation’s dedication to excellence in service and client relationships. Comply with all applicable state and federal regulations governing physical therapy practice.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>•             Support patients in improving functional abilities and skills under the guidance of a licensed PT.</p>\n<p>•             Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust physical therapy program.</p>\n<p>•             Advance clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration, self-directed learning, and continuing education.</p>\n<p>•             Maintain a current and valid state license and stay informed on developments in physical therapy and healthcare.</p>\n<p>•             Understand and apply appropriate billing practices and treatment delivery models, ensuring care meets clinical and regulatory standards.</p>\n<p>•             Follow infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility.</p>\n<p>•             Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation</p>\n<p>•             Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-LD1</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications/</strong><strong>Licenses:</strong></p>\n<p>•             Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program</p>\n<p>•             Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Please note rate range is an estimate and may vary based on skill set and location(s). </strong></em></p>",
