High school graduate or GED certificate.<br>2. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.<br>3. Health and fitness related experience preferred. <br>4. Knowledge in usage of a variety of strength and cardiovascular equipment.<br>5. CPR Certified<br>6. 1 year or more in health/fitness related field preferred.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</span><br>1. Knowledge, responsive, and accountable in reporting operational activity to the Supervisor.<br>2. Knowledge of current techniques, practices, materials equipment, regulations, and safety precautions. <br>3. Ensure safety and satisfaction of fitness center users and enforces all safety and health rules.<br>4. Communicates with other staff members.<br>5. Attends regular and special staff meetings.<br>6. Conducts scheduled and impromptu fitness center orientations.<br>7. Monitor all activities on the fitness center floor.<br>8. Provide daily care and cleaning of all exercise equipment in the fitness center.<br>9. Enforce all SWLA Fitness Center’s policies and procedures in a consistent manner. <br>10. Communicates regularly with the supervisor of the SWLA Fitness Center and provide additional service requested.<br>11. Performs daily duties assigned during the week in the fitness center</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>",
