In return for your contributions, you will be rewarded with career growth opportunities, an incredibly competitive market salary, and other benefits that include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off (PTO)</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans</li>\n <li>401(k) with a high percentage match</li>\n <li>Generous profit sharing</li>\n <li>Cell phone stipend</li>\n <li>Referral bonus opportunities</li>\n <li>Employee discounts</li>\n <li><strong>And more!</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>JOB TITLE:  </strong>Truss Driver </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>JOB LOCATION: </strong>Lindon, UT</p>\n<p><strong>                                                                                          </strong></p>\n<p><strong>FUNCTION:  </strong>Participate in the various activities associated with delivering trusses for residential and commercial projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KEY ACTIVITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values.</li>\n <li>Deliver materials to commercial and residential customers including loading and unloading of materials, pulling material/building loads, truck maintenance and record keeping.</li>\n <li>Inspect truck before and after trips and submit report indicating truck condition.</li>\n <li>Maintain truck log according to state and federal regulations<strong>.</strong></li>\n <li>Safely navigating heavy construction and residential job sites.</li>\n <li>Follow written and verbal directions and safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean working environment.</li>\n <li>Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, etc.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Able to function effectively as part of a high-performance team.</li>\n <li>Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centered environment.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in transportation of oversize and pilot escort.</li>\n <li>Clean MVR and current medical card.</li>\n <li>Class A CDL.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical Work Requirements - Heavy: exerting up to 75 lbs of force regularly.</li>\n <li>Repetitive impact motion associated with construction activities.</li>\n <li>Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or work conditions associated with this job.
