This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA About the Role Job Opening: Operations Analyst II Job Duties: Lead the design and evolution of internal labor planning and operational optimization systems, defining core logic, data structures, and workflow requirements. Develop analytical frameworks and forecasting models to support labor allocation, productivity evaluation, and operational planning across fulfillment centers. Define product specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable system features, data pipelines, and analytical tools. Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and data models to enable accurate reporting, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making. Conduct cross-functional analysis to identify process gaps and opportunities, recommending data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Align stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance to standardize planning methodologies, labor definitions, and system workflows. Present insights, system recommendations, and planning scenarios to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and organizational alignment. Job Requirements: Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Science or related fields with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in: System Architecture & Workflow Design Cross-Functional Product Requirements Development Advanced Forecasting & Scenario Modeling Data Modeling & Metric Architecture Enterprise Dashboard Architecture & BI Tool Design Process Optimization & Operational Design Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 1 year of experience in the position Operations analyst, management analyst or related position Work Time: M-F; 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. 40 hrs./week. Points credits Compensation Range The US base salary range for this full-time position is $78,104 This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations.
