The Quality Coordinator works cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and  Customer support teams to uphold Rand’s commitment to quality across the  supply chain lifecycle.</p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><p>· Support internal, external, and third-party audits  and related activities, including preparing documentation, participating in  audits, and tracking corrective actions to ensure compliance with ISO 9001,  AS9120, AS6081, and other applicable quality standards</p><p>· Perform final  inspection and end-of-line verification of components and products prior to  shipment to ensure compliance with customer specifications and Rand’s quality  criteria.</p><p>· Assist in the  investigation and resolution of non-conformances, collaborating with  Operations and Engineering to determine root cause, corrective actions, and  preventive measures.</p><p>· Support the  Material Review Board (MRB) process by documenting dispositions, coordinating  rework or scrap decisions, and ensuring accurate records</p><p>· Manage and  support Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes by processing returns,  documenting findings, and coordinating resolutions in accordance with customer  and internal quality requirements.</p><p>· Maintain quality  records, inspection reports, non-conformance reports, CAPA documentation, and other  related quality documents in the QMS, in collaboration with the EHS/QMS  Analyst.</p><p>· Support the  EHS/QMS Analyst by monitoring, collecting, and reporting on key quality  performance metrics (such as OTIF, FPY, RMA trends, and audit findings) to  facilitate data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p><p>· Quality Standards & Compliance:  Understanding of quality requirements and standards relevant to electronic  component distribution and inspection (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9120, AS6081).</p><p>· Analytical  & Problem-Solving:  Ability to investigate issues, analyze trends, identify root causes, and  support improvement activities.</p><p>· Attention  to Detail: Ensures precision and accuracy in inspection, documentation, and  reporting.</p><p>· Communication  & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across  teams and with external partners.</p><p>· Continuous  Improvement Orientation: Commitment to enhancing processes, reducing errors,  and improving operational quality.</p><p>· Organizational  Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and track  quality metrics.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Education, Experience, and Physical Requirements</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in quality  management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.</p><p>· 3-5  years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a distribution,  logistics, or supply chain environment</p><p>· Familiarity  with quality management systems, internal audits, and inspection  methodologies.</p><p>· Proficiency  with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</p><p>· Strong  analytical and problem-solving  skills with attention to detail.</p><p>· Excellent  communication and organizational skills.</p><p>· Ability  to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing business needs.</p><p>· Ability  to collaborate cross-functionally  in a fast-paced  global environment.</p><p>· Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time during the shift. </p><p>· Finger,  wrist and hand dexterity with repetitive motion</p>",
