We have doubled in size over the past 3 years and our goal is to become a billion-dollar company.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong>: <strong>Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Pay: $30 - $40 hourly (depending on experience) </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Due to tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician with <strong>strong electrical and mechanical knowledge</strong>, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills to join our team.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to troubleshoot and repair electronic and electrical equipment to the component level using various methods of testing.</li>\n <li>Plc troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery</li>\n <li>Write, maintain, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)</li>\n <li>Complete daily maintenance and repair logs  (CMCS)</li>\n <li>Communicate with Production Associates and Management</li>\n <li>Maintain and secure work tools</li>\n <li>Follow all safety procedures</li>\n <li>Provide training as requested</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Electrical systems</li>\n   <li>Mechanical systems</li>\n   <li>Hydraulic & pneumatic systems</li>\n   <li>Plumbing</li>\n   <li>HVAC</li>\n   <li>Welding</li>\n   <li>Piping systems</li>\n   <li>PLC programming</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics</li>\n <li>Minimum of two years of experience</li>\n <li>Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent, or technical school training preferred</li>\n <li>Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required</li>\n <li>Regular, consistent attendance of scheduled shifts is required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds</li>\n <li>Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment, including but not limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Values & Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be Safe: Keep ourselves and those around us safe</li>\n <li>Be Honest: Be guided by truthfulness in all we do </li>\n <li>Be Respectful: Value all we come in contact with</li>\n <li>Be Remarkable: Create a positive moment with every interaction</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly pay</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision </li>\n <li>Hospital Indemnity, Critical Care, and Accident Insurance </li>\n <li>401k (match)</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off Package</li>\n <li>Referral program</li>\n <li>Pet and Legal insurance plans</li>\n <li>Great company culture</li>\n <li>Collaborative team environment </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EOE / Drug-Free Workplace</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
