    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hamilton or Auckland | 4–7 PQE</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We're looking for talented litigation lawyers with at least 4 to 7 years PQE to join our high-performing Civil Litigation team in either Hamilton or Auckland.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for experienced litigators to work closely with Partners and Special Counsel on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes. While experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">construction or competition litigation</span> would be an advantage, we are equally interested in strong general civil or commercial litigators looking to develop their practice within a collaborative and nationally recognised firm.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Our Civil team works on high-profile cases across New Zealand and provides strategic advice on important issues for public and private clients. You’ll work with experts in a supportive environment, encouraging you to be your best.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4–7 years’ PQE in civil or commercial litigation</li>\n<li>Strong communication and advocacy skills</li>\n<li>Sound commercial judgement and strategic thinking</li>\n<li>High standards of professionalism and competence</li>\n<li>Construction or competition litigation experience (advantageous)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and progress civil and commercial litigation matters</li>\n<li>Appear in Court (commensurate with experience)</li>\n<li>Provide strategic advice across a range of dispute types</li>\n<li>Support partners, special counsel and members of the Bar on complex matters</li>\n<li>Collaborate with teams across the firm’s practice on contentious issues</li>\n<li>Contribute to client relationships and business development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Depending on your experience, you may also supervise junior lawyers and contribute to thought leadership.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About us:</span></p>\n<p>We are an award-winning law firm with offices in Hamilton, Auckland, Rotorua, and Tauranga.
