Visit our website for full details.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>SUPERVISOR:</p>\n<p>Manager or designee.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>SUMMARY: &nbsp;</p>\n<p>Responsible for maintenance, care and upkeep for all Grounds and related equipment throughout the District.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>• Manages all equipment and personnel assigned. Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of assigned machine or vehicle. Follows all safety rules and regulations. [Daily, 50%]<br/>• Aerates and applies fertilizer as scheduled. [Daily, 5%]<br/>• Performs weekly maintenance of assigned sites, including mowing, weeding, edging, site cleanup and gravel playgrounds. Runs large area mower on a route. [Weekly, 25%]<br/>• Maintains knowledge of irrigation layout at all facilities. [Weekly, 5%]<br/>• Available for after-hours sweeping, sanding and snow removal as assigned. [Monthly, 5%]<br/>• Assists in landscape construction and repair, to include repair and installation of fences, both wood and chain link. [Quarterly, 5%]<br/>• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. [Daily, 5%]</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>• High school diploma or equivalent.<br/>• One (1) year experience in operation of equipment related to job description.<br/>• Must have phone for emergency contact.<br/>• Must meet insurability requirements of the Colorado School District Self Insurance Pool.<br/>• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>• Valid Colorado driver’s license.<br/>• Must have or obtain CDL Class A within six (6) months of employment.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>• N/A</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>• Extremely heavy physical lifting of over fifty (50) lbs.
