The Role We’re looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager (Growth) to drive adoption, conversion, and monetization across our core Supplements product experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and design — focused on optimizing the provider-to-patient-to-order journey. You’ll own key growth levers across the funnel, run experiments, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our product experiences drive meaningful usage and impact. Compensation range The salary range for this role is between $135,000 and $160,000 CAD. Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. The range shown reflects base salary only and does not include stock options, wellness stipends, or other benefits that are part of Fullscript’s total rewards package.
