As a Sales Manager with us you will direct and lead residential sales strategies for the branch including defining, implementing, and monitoring your sales team’s performance. We offer $110 – 120k Base Salary Monthly and Annual bonus opportunity Company vehicle and gas card Company provided cell phone and tablet Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision & life insurance $5 a week medical plan option 401(k) plan with company match 13 days paid time off and 8 paid holidays Quality, comprehensive training programs Discount Programs with our partnered accounts (Childcare, personal cell phone, etc.) Opportunity to give back to your community through partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Tim Tebow Foundation, ARS Cares Program, and More! Responsibilities Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by General Manager Driving revenue and conversion for the division Acting as a trainer and resource to the sales team in branch products, services, and the residential sales processes Hiring, training and motivating each sales representative to meet or exceed goals. Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc Meeting with sales management team weekly to present reports Qualifications 5 years of in-home sales management experience is required. College degree in a technical field or building science is preferred.
