    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>PeopleTec is currently seeking a <strong>Systems Integration Engineer</strong> to support our <strong>Huntsville, AL</strong> location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for a mid to senior career level Systems Integration Engineer! As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will integrate Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) software into virtualized environments to enable component-level and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) testing.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u></u><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years of experience in systems integration, virtualization, and system administration</li>\n <li>Experience with VMware vCenter, Terraform, GitLab, and Ansible</li>\n <li>Experience with Docker and/or Podman</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Red Hat Linux and Windows Server configuration and troubleshooting</li>\n <li>Scripting experience using Linux shell, Ansible, Python, or similar tools</li>\n <li>Experience with SSH and SSL key management</li>\n <li>Familiarity with deploying and supporting containerized applications</li>\n <li>Familiarity with authentication platforms including Windows Active Directory, Red Hat Directory Services, and Keycloak</li>\n <li>Familiarity with BOOTP, DHCP, DNS, Kerberos, LDAP, SSH, Syslog, and TLS networking protocols</li>\n <li>Travel: 25 %</li>\n <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>\n <li>An active DoD <strong>TS/SCI</strong> clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active <strong>TS/SCI</strong> clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education Requirements</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BS in Computer Science; Computer Engineering, Information Systems; or equivalent.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with U.S. Government Test & Evaluation (T&E)</li>\n <li>Experience in performing Operational Test (OT)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ELK, Suricata, Yara, Zeek, and Wireshark. Advanced proficiency in log, flow data, and PCAP analysis.</li>\n <li>Ability to develop processes and tools for verification and validation of DCO tool capabilities.</li>\n <li>Cisco CNA</li>\n <li>Masters in Computer Science; Computer Engineering, Information Systems; or equivalent.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Estimated Time To Hire:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>June 2026</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><em>People First.
