In return for your contributions, you will be rewarded with career growth opportunities, an incredibly competitive market salary, and other benefits that include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off (PTO)</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans</li>\n <li>401(k) with a high percentage match</li>\n <li>Generous profit sharing</li>\n <li>Cell phone stipend</li>\n <li>Referral bonus opportunities</li>\n <li>Employee discounts</li>\n <li>And more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>JOB TITLE</strong>: Associate Production Manager, Installation </p>\n<p><strong>JOB LOCATION</strong>: Nephi, UT</p>\n<p><strong>FUNCTION</strong>: The Associate Production Manager drives the safe and efficient production and installation of insulation jobs in accordance with customer needs and in alignment with Sunpro business objectives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REPORTING TO</strong>: Insulation Location Manager</p>\n<p><strong>KEY ACTIVITIES</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Visualize and implement Company vision and core values.</li>\n <li>Set department goals, monitor labor productivity, and optimize department financial performance.</li>\n <li>Establish and drive compliance with standard operating procedures and installation guidelines.</li>\n <li>Supervise installation labor to fulfill customer and department interests.</li>\n <li>Train and develop installers to ensure optimal project quality and efficiency.</li>\n <li>Optimize installation processes and workflows according to industry best practices.</li>\n <li>Communicate with sales team to coordinate installation schedules and ensure on\u0002time completion of all projects.</li>\n <li>Ensure each finished job is executed according to scope-of-work requirements and is of the highest quality.</li>\n <li>Ensure the creation and maintenance of a safe working environment, identifying and addressing potential safety concerns and work hazards.</li>\n <li>Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, etc.</li>\n <li>Manage inventory and warehouse.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with installers to provide daily work orders and assist with daily preparations to get installers out to their jobs in an efficient manner.</li>\n <li>Manage vehicles and equipment in accordance with Company policy and standards.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong leadership and team management skills. Able to drive individual and team performance towards a common goal.</li>\n <li>Strong familiarity with (or a desire to learn and master) the principles of Lean Production, Six Sigma, etc.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as strong interpersonal and relationship skills.</li>\n <li>Able to effectively assess customer project and installation needs and to provide proactive solutions.</li>\n <li>Strong computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.</li>\n <li>Able to function effectively as part of a high-performance team.</li>\n <li>Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centered environment.</li>\n <li>Quantitative skills such as basic business accounting, etc.</li>\n <li>Strong systems and safety orientation.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Drive company vehicles such as pickup trucks and box trucks up to 28'.</li>\n <li>Drive a warehouse PIT style forklift.</li>\n <li>Know and understand local insulation codes and how to install insulation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>3-5 years’ experience in Building Materials, Construction, or a related field.</li>\n <li>2-3 years’ management experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical Work Requirements - Heavy: exerting up to 50 lbs of force regularly.</li>\n <li>Repetitive motion associated with assembly and construction.</li>\n <li>Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or work conditions associated with this job.
