If you enjoy working with tools, following detailed plans, and working outdoors or in various conditions, this is your chance to grow with a dynamic company.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Read and interpret blueprints and instructions to accurately measure, mark, and arrange materials.</li>\n<li>Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and install equipment securely.</li>\n<li>Join materials efficiently and ensure work accuracy with levels, surveying tools, and other measurement devices.</li>\n<li>Erect and dismantle scaffolding safely.</li>\n<li>Follow local safety regulations and building codes.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members and take on additional duties as needed to keep projects on track.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and quick mathematical accuracy.</li>\n<li>Skilled in tool care and safe operation.</li>\n<li>Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication.</li>\n<li>Ability to work at heights and in different weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working with sharp tools and power equipment.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel out of town up to 50% of the time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vocational school, technical college, apprenticeship, or 1-2 years of relevant warehouse or construction experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand, climb, bend, and kneel for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.</li>\n<li>Good manual dexterity, balance, and hand-eye coordination.</li>\n<li>Not afraid of heights.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Details:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts.</li>\n<li>Competitive salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you're ready to build your career in a fast-paced environment with room to grow, apply today!</p>",
