          "text": "<p>Preferred Backgrounds</p><p>While specific qualifications will vary by role, many of our engineering opportunities value:</p><ul><li>An <strong>ABET‑accredited engineering degree</strong> (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process, or Architectural Engineering)</li><li><strong>5+ years of relevant AEC experience</strong> (varies by level)</li><li>Experience supporting <strong>Life Sciences or Food &amp; Beverage</strong> projects (a plus, not required)</li></ul><p>The pay range for a candidate selected for these positions, dependent on position level may vary and be between $70,600 to $150,300 annually. The selected candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and relevant experience. In addition, CRB offers a total rewards package that includes comprehensive insurance coverage as well as the opportunity to participate in one or more annual incentive programs based on company and individual performance.</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
