At EaglePicher, we will give you the opportunity to harness all that is within you with access to the latest tools, information and training.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EaglePicher is headquartered in Joplin, MO with manufacturing and research and development facilities in Joplin, MO, Seneca, MO, Pittsburg, KS, and Southbridge, MA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For more information visit www.eaglepicher.com</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong></p>\n<p>The primary purpose of this position will be to support the needs of the Joplin C Street facility to produce and manufacture quality products through data-drive quality metrics, customer interaction, compliance to EP Quality Management System, customer procurement requirements, customer and industry specifications, as well as problem resolution, preventive/corrective actions of non-compliances.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Your core responsibilities will be to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Functional support of proposal and contract review functions</li>\n <li>Evaluation and incorporation of customer flow down requirements to ensure compliance with internal manufacturing processes and hardware</li>\n <li>Establish and monitor relevant product and process Key Performance Indicators (KPI); institute necessary mitigation actions for negative KPI trends</li>\n <li>Facilitator of product MRB and FRB functions</li>\n <li>Publish required periodic customer program quality status reports</li>\n <li>Generation of First Article Inspection Reports per AS-9102 requirements</li>\n <li>Serve as primary quality point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>To succeed in this position, you must:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>U.S. Persons</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in the following: Engineering, Industrial Management, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Business or related field</li>\n <li>Excellent record of attendance and reliability</li>\n <li>Exhibit a Quality Assurance first mentality (QA mode vs. QC mode)</li>\n <li>Drawing Interpretation (GD&T principles)</li>\n <li>Experience working within a AS 9100 Quality Management System organization</li>\n <li>Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications</li>\n <li>Detailed orientated, organized, and ability to multitask</li>\n <li>Effective communicator, both verbally and written</li>\n <li>Strong team player, ability to effectively interact with other functional groups and customers</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In addition to meeting the basic requirements, the most successful candidate will also have:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional certifications or coursework a plus</li>\n <li>Experience in the proper usage of a variety of root cause analysis tools</li>\n <li>Auditing experience considered a plus</li>\n <li>Be able to work with rapidly changing schedules and priorities</li>\n <li>Have great attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PERKS OF BEING AN EAGLEPICHER EMPLOYEE</strong></p>\n<p>Some of the great things about being an EaglePicher employee include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance;</li>\n <li>10 paid holidays and PTO;</li>\n <li>Matching 401K;</li>\n <li>Annual Profit Sharing;</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement;</li>\n <li>Dependent scholarship programs.</li>\n</ul>",
