    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>Produces manufacturing parts by programming, setting up, and operating <strong>CNC Multitasking machine</strong>; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and programming.</p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow the daily production activity Plan defined by supervisor.</li>\n <li>Verify the component by 100% inspection as per drawing.</li>\n <li>Select the required multi-tasking machine tools as per component and programing.</li>\n <li>Record the inspection results in respective format.</li>\n <li>Update the status of production on ERP / Work order.</li>\n <li>Move the material along with all reports to next stage.</li>\n <li>Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Responsible for loading parts, proving tapes, operating controls, setting offsets, advanced edits, deburring, and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts, and other accessories used on various machines.</li>\n <li>Experience operating multitasking Machines such in a heavy manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Follow the duties assigned by supervisor and report if anything is going wrong.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Production of items as per drawings, work orders and as per production plan.</li>\n <li>Verify the calibration date of inspection tools, prior to inspection.</li>\n <li>Work as per procedure / WI</li>\n <li>First article and in-process inspection as required as per procedure.</li>\n <li>Record all inspection results in respective formats.</li>\n <li>Update WO status in ERP / on WO</li>\n <li>Update NC programming in storage location</li>\n <li>All NCR / Scrap items need to be moved to designated area.</li>\n <li>Contribute to cost reduction efforts by actively seeking and reporting opportunities for reduced costs.</li>\n <li>Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts and changing work schedules</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>DME with 3-4 years’ experience.</li>\n <li>Hands on experience in CNC turn-mill, multitasking machines e.g., Mazak Integrex, DMG 5 axis machines, mill turn machines.</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in part / machine set up of complex / precise batch order qty.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of all measuring instruments and GD&amp;T</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate in English.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Fanuc and MAZATROL controller with programming knowledge.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Should have adequate knowledge of tools used on multitasking machines.</li>\n <li>Should be able to handle measuring probes for quick set up.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Multitasking machine operating</li>\n <li>Setting of machine / tools on multitasking machines.</li>\n <li>Material Handling wherever required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Behavioral Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee must follow all required safety instructions as per company HSE policy.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Regular punctual and good behavior.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>AUTOCAD/CAM knowledge for programing.</li>\n</ul>",
