You’ll collaborate across departments to help shape the look and feel of immersive experiences for some of the world’s most exciting brands. This is a hands-on role for a proactive, detail-obsessed designer who can own projects from concept through production.</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Design high-impact creative for events, campaigns, presentations, and digital content</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Experience Designers and Producers to bring ideas to life</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop mood boards, visual directions, and final production-ready assets</span></li>\n<li><span>Contribute to concepting and design development for new business pitches</span></li>\n<li><span>Translate brand guidelines into fresh, on-strategy visuals across print and digital</span></li>\n<li><span>Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain high standards of design excellence and brand consistency</span><span><br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience preferred</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5+ years of experience in a design role,</span> ideally within an agency or experiential marketing environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)</span></li>\n<li><span>Comfortable using AI and Google Workspace</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong understanding of print production, digital design, and branding</span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with web design, UX principles, and platforms like WIX and WordPress is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience designing for luxury, fashion, spirits, or entertainment brands a plus</span></li>\n<li><span>Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management</span></li>\n<li><span>A compelling portfolio that demonstrates versatility, visual storytelling, and brand sensitivity</span><span><br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Motion graphics or video editing experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working on site for events or activations</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br><span>To apply, please send your resume, portfolio</span></span></p>",
