We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, short term disability, and life insurance for full time employees. </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities for Machine Operator</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up machinery for operation</li>\n<li>Start machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance</li>\n<li>Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance</li>\n<li>Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor</li>\n<li>Comply with all safety and health regulations</li>\n<li>Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications for Machine Operator</p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience - preferred</li>\n<li>Must be detail-oriented</li>\n<li>Understanding of production and plant processes<br></li>\n<li>Ability to follow written and oral instructions</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 25-30lbs</li>\n<li>Ability to stand up to 12 hours per shift</li>\n<li>Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)</li>\n</ul>",
