          "text": "<p><strong><u>Summary:</u></strong></p><p>The&#xa0;<strong>Used Car Buyer&#xa0;</strong>will have a primary responsibility of executing a process which involves prospecting, appraising, and presenting offers to current vehicle owners with the goal of purchasing their vehicles from multiple sources for resale.</p><p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for calling, following up and scheduling&#xa0;appointments for customers to come in and&#xa0;appraise and purchase their used vehicles.</li><li>Utilize CRM for prospecting and lead generation.</li><li>Interface&#xa0;with current used vehicle owners from appointments set and dealership service drive with the purpose of purchasing their vehicle.</li><li>Approach,&#xa0;greet, and engage&#xa0;with dealership customers to appraise and offer to purchase their current vehicles.</li><li>Appraise used vehicles by asking questions, taking pictures of the vehicles, and inputting vehicle data into Sonic's automated inventory management system.</li><li>Work with Sales Managers to build and propose an offer to seller.</li><li>Introduces guest to sales department personnel to sell them a new vehicle after purchase of their existing vehicle.</li><li>Review monthly goals with management&#xa0;on vehicles purchased to better utilize time and plans more effectively.</li></ul>",
