    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>ROLE OBJECTIVE: Lead and supervise a test engineering team responsible for the architecture, development, implementation, and sustainment of production final test systems and the Quality Information System (QIS) platform. This role is the system owner for software testing, API services, and database interaction, ensuring alignment with Test Requirement Documents. This role also partners closely with Design, Quality, and Operations teams to drive NPI readiness, root cause investigations, production stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement across all test and calibration processes.</p><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" data-pasted=\"true\" class=\"fr-selection-handle-hover\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">GENERAL FUNCTIONS/SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>1. Promote the Bird Family Values: Trust, Innovation, Teamwork, Achievement, and Accountability.</p><p>2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and structured problem-solving.</p><p>3. Provide daily leadership and coaching to test engineers, process engineers, and PCBA support personnel.</p><p>4. Conduct performance reviews, set development goals, and support the professional growth of team members.</p><p>5. Develop and implement technical training to improve procedural discipline and cross-functional depth.</p><p>6. Prioritize and allocate engineering resources across NPI, sustaining, and production support programs.</p><p>7. Lead the architecture and implementation of automated test systems for RF, DC, and functional testing.</p><p>8. Oversee test software architecture and development, including production floor applications, API services, and database systems.</p><p>9. Lead integration of test frameworks based on structured architectural patterns.</p><p>10. Define and track KPIs using tools such as Power BI for real-time test analytics and yield monitoring.</p><p>11. Lead test optimization efforts, including DFT reviews, coverage validation, and root cause analysis.</p><p>12. Ensure cybersecurity compliance across all software and data assets related to test systems.</p><p>13.
