This is a full-time position based in Arlington, VA. The Costing and Pricing Associate will lead the development of proposal budgets and budget narratives, working with headquarters new business development, compliance and program staff as well as field teams and consultants as needed. The Associate will also arrange and facilitate proposal budget compliance review meetings, negotiate and assist local and international partners in their budgets and support existing programs with budget modifications. This position will report to the Associate Director, Costing and Pricing.",
